Bert Barclay and Mark O’Mara are friends who have worked together for over three decades. They share a mutual respect for their skills in the legal arena. Bert is a Central Florida native. He is a highly experienced and respected family law and criminal defense attorney, and a well-known figure in Central Florida courtrooms, representing clients for over 35 years. Bert is admired for his legal expertise, client-focused approach, and naturally warm, empathetic manner.

Brittany M. Staggs is a Managing Attorney at the O’Mara Law Group with extensive experience in criminal and family law. Brittany provides exceptional support for clients as she navigates them through complex legal matters. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she ensures the firm can serve a diverse range of clients with compassion and understanding. Brittany’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable part of the O’Mara Law Group team.

Michele M. Bernard is a Family Law attorney based in Orange County, Florida.   After graduate school, Ms. Bernard pursued a Juris Doctor at the Florida A&M University College of Law. As a student, she served as a research assistant while simultaneously completing an Externship for Ninth Circuit Judge Jose R. Rodriguez. Ms. Bernard also served as a founding member and the Chair of the Moot Court Board. Since her admission to The Florida Bar, she has also been admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States of America and took her oath at the Supreme Court.
