With a robust background encompassing family law, criminal law, insurance defense, and first-party property, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her dedication and attention to detail have made her a valuable asset in navigating complex legal matters and providing exceptional support to her clients and legal teams. Outside the office, Bianca is passionate about the great outdoors. She finds joy in fishing, camping, and exploring nature, which helps her balance the demands of her professional life with her love for adventure and relaxation.

Jennifer Santana Paralegal
Jennifer is a skilled paralegal with 16 years of expertise in criminal, family, and civil law. At the O'Mara Law Group, she is key to the litigation process, providing crucial support to attorneys. Jennifer is highly experienced in case management, legal research, and document drafting, refined through her experience in both large and boutique law firms assisting from initial investigation through to appeals. Fluent in English and Spanish, she also holds a degree in legal and investigative studies. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys watching sports, reading, attending concerts, the beach, and spending quality time with her family.

Shalada Yusuff Paralegal
Shalada is a paralegal with several years of experience in family law, supporting attorneys and clients through every stage of the litigation process. She is known for her strong organizational skills, clear communication, and ability to build genuine, trusting relationships with clients during some of their most challenging moments. Compassionate in her approach, Shalada takes pride in helping clients feel informed, prepared, and supported. Outside of the office, she enjoys retail therapy, spending quality time with her closest friends and family, and time outdoors through scenic walks and moments in nature.

Jennifer Sidway Paralegal
With over 10 years of experience as a paralegal, Jennifer Sidway brings a well-rounded background in family, civil, and criminal law. She has worked in both New York and Florida, including state and federal matters, and has experience with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York, Financial Litigation Unit.
Jennifer is bilingual in Spanish and takes pride in building strong relationships with clients, helping them feel supported and confident throughout their legal journey. She approaches her work with both professionalism and compassion.
Outside of work, Jennifer has been married for 20 years and is a dedicated mother of four. She is also continuing her education, reflecting her ongoing commitment to growth.

Annie Kunst Executive Assistant/Scheduler
Annie is our dedicated Executive Assistant with seven years of experience here at O'Mara Law Group. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to excellence, Annie has played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s day-to-day activities. She oversees our social events and is a visual wizard when it comes to making our office an inviting place. She has the unique position of handling our canine mascots and ensuring their routine doesn’t miss a beat when Mark is out of the office. Outside of her professional life, Annie is passionate about travel, art, and retail therapy. She finds joy in exploring new destinations, appreciating various forms of artistic expression, and indulging in a bit of retail therapy to unwind and stay inspired. Her diverse interests reflect her vibrant personality and commitment to a well-rounded, fulfilling life.

Elizabeth Cacho Legal Assistant
Ely has lived in Orlando for 46 years. Ely has an been a critical part of the legal community for over 20 years. Ely has always had a passion for law and the justice system so after she successfully raised her children, she realized she wanted to continue helping people and families in Central Florida. After some time home with her children, Elly came back to O’Mara Law Group in 2020. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog and LOVES the beach!

Greg Barreras Firm Administrator
Greg Barreras brings a diverse background in management, compliance, risk, and human resources to his role as Firm Administrator at O’Mara Law Group. Born in New York City and raised in Puerto Rico, Greg’s career began in retail management, where he honed his skills in human resources. His passion for HR and operational excellence led him to the financial sector, where he gained extensive experience navigating the complexities of risk and compliance.
Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and later earned a Master of Jurisprudence in Business Law from Loyola University School of Law, with a certificate in Compliance Studies. Currently, he is pursuing a second Master’s degree in Human Resources and aims to obtain HR certification within the next two years.
Greg is proud to be part of the O’Mara Law Group and considers himself fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated and talented team. He is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s mission and is committed to fostering a strong, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Gigi Heran-Villages Intake Specialist
Gulsen, also known as Gigi, brings a dynamic blend of client service excellence, operational efficiency, and legal support experience to her role as Intake Specialist at O’Mara Law Group. She began her legal career at a civil litigation firm, where she developed a strong foundation in client relations, case intake, and the early stages of legal case management. This experience equipped her with the ability to navigate sensitive client matters with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
Gigi is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, further enhancing her expertise in organizational strategy, communication, and administrative operations. Her academic pursuits complement her professional responsibilities, allowing her to approach her role with both practical experience and a growing strategic perspective.
Since joining O’Mara Law Group, Gigi has demonstrated remarkable growth and adaptability, evolving into a key member of the firm’s intake process. As Intake Specialist, she plays a critical role in shaping the client experience from the very first interaction. Dayana Rodriguez Front Office Manager
Dayana serves as the primary point of contact for the firm, managing front office operations, client communications, and assisting with filings to support attorneys and ensure matters move forward efficiently. She brings a strong foundation in hospitality from her experience with Hilton Grand Vacations and JW Marriott, where she developed a high standard of professionalism, organization, and client care.
Dayana studied Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida. With plans to pursue a legal degree, she enjoys assisting with the day-to-day operations of the firm and gaining hands-on experience in the legal process. She is passionate about making a meaningful impact within the field. Outside of the office, she is an avid traveler and culinary enthusiast who enjoys cultivating her growing collection of rare plants.

Amanda Drake Legal Assistant
Amanda is a Legal assistant at O’Mara Law Group. Before joining the O’Mara Law Group, Amanda worked as an Intake Specialist, serving as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring accurate case evaluation and seamless case flow. Her earlier experiences strengthened her commitment to advocacy, especially for youth and families navigating the court system. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Alabama State University. She is passionate about family law and plans to attend law school, aspiring to become a family law attorney dedicated to supporting families through some of their most challenging moments.
