Mark Rabinowitz

Mark Rabinowitz joined O’Mara Law Group in 2023. He is a former partner and practice group leader for Greenspoon Marder’s Marital and Family Law practice group. He has been Board Certified in Marital and Family Law in Florida since 1999 and focuses his practice on complex marital and family law issues, including alimony, child custody, equitable distribution, and prenuptial and post-marital agreements involving athletes, doctors, lawyers, and persons of high net worth.

He also served on the Marital and Family Law Certification Committee of The Florida Bar. He has served as Chairman of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit’s Grievance Committee for The Florida Bar and served as a member of the Family Law Rules Committee.

He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Rabinowitz focuses on the handling of complex family law matters. His clients have included nationally known athletes, televangelists, and the wife of an heir to the Rockefeller fortune.
