FRP Practice Manager/Paralegal
Kelly is the senior paralegal with our firm, assisting attorneys in a variety of cases but concentrating most of her time on criminal cases. She has dedicated 29 years to O’Mara Law Group and is an integral part of the administrative team and representing clients and helping families affected by the criminal justice system. Kelly received the 2016 Paralegal of the Year Award by her peers and Central Florida Paralegal Association.
Kelly has gained considerable skill and recognition in complex and high-profile matters and trial preparation.Those experiences and training have equipped her to skillfully handle even the most controversial issues. Kelly oversees state and federal procedural requirements and rules to ensure compliance for court submissions. preparing documents and drafting pleadings and motions in our criminal and civil rights practice, along with assisting the lawyers in preparing for trial.
Kelly is a Florida Registered Paralegal and is a member of the Central Florida Paralegal Association.

I am proud to say I have been part of the O’Mara Law Group legal team since 2008. I studied at Valencia and Seminole State Colleges and was on the President’s List. I have been a nationally Certified Paralegal since 2008 as well as Registered Paralegal with the State of Florida. I have worked as family law paralegal since 1997 and prior to that worked with Clerk of Court from 1985 to 1997 where I served as a Court Clerk for Judge’s on the Civil and Family Law Bench. I also serve as the Administrator for the Central Florida Family Law Inn where I have to opportunity to work with and know the finest family law attorneys and judiciary in Central Florida. My responsibilities include recognizing and working with complex parenting issues, financial discovery and trial preparation. I am able to understand and work with the often difficult and emotional aspects of Family Law. Manuela Tomas-Austin, CP, FRP

Manuela is a senior, National Certified and Florida Registered Paralegal assisting attorneys in a variety of cases but concentrating most of her time on mass tort litigation specifically Consumer Fraud Litigation and Defective Drug and Device practice areas. With over 17 years of experience in assisting in family law cases, Manuela focuses her attention with our international clientele on International Child Abduction Cases under The Hague Convention and Relocation of children to their country of origin. She has successfully been part of helping numerous families reunite.
Her global knowledge, people skills and the understanding of other cultures is a great asset when working with clients and attorneys around the world. Manuela is a native German and Serbian speaker and she takes pride in representing our clients as we work hard towards a successful resolution. She particularly enjoys getting to know our clients and making a difference in their lives.
Manuela is part of the OLG team working on the nationwide consumer fraud class action fighting for thousands of customers in a billing-fraud lawsuit. She is the liaison paralegal and serves as the main contact between 16 law firms coast to coast. Currently, Manuela is busy performing research, drafting and administering court filings and discovery and managing cases from start to finish. She assists our clients from the initial preliminary investigation of their claim, through the legal work-up of their records and filings, all the way through to the final stages of settlement or trial.
Manuela is a graduate from Florida Atlantic University Paralegal Program. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Alabama in Pre-Law & Political Science, she completed a voluntary paralegal certification examination, making her one in a few Certified Paralegals (CP) in Florida and countrywide. Manuela also holds a German degree from the Oberstufen-Kolleg at the University of Bielefeld in Germany.
She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association Paralegal Section and the Central Florida Paralegal Association. Prior to joining the O’Mara Law Group, she worked for the Florida Attorney General’s Office in West Palm Beach and other well-known high-profile attorneys, as part of a team winning jury awards and settlements of multi-million dollars; specifically, football concussion cases, Ford rollover litigation, media defamation, infant medical malpractice and wrongful death cases.
When not focusing her time and energy on OLG casework, she enjoys spending time with her family, loves nature walks and beach gateways while also dedicating time to refinishing furniture with chalk paint creating treasured pieces. Manuela is a city girl but loves the valley, serenity and strives for minimalism with a great sense for preserving the environment. Also, a health nut with a few pieces of chocolate indulgences here and there. She involves herself in community work and has helped families in disaster relief actions during the Yugoslav Civil Balkan War, Hurricane Katrina and most recently helping individual families in Orange County finding hope and strength.

Dominique holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Barry University. She began working in the Legal profession after gaining experience managing office operations and wearing many hats in the not-for-profit world. Dominique is our Intake Specialist assisting with family law, criminal defense, civil actions and mass torts potential matters. She helps determine the facts and legal issues pertaining to potential clients’ cases, and whether OLG can assist. Dominique understands that potential clients are often dealing with one of the most emotional times of their lives. As such, she handles their situations with compassion and empathy, putting everyone at ease during their calls to our firm and throughout the consultation process. Dominique coordinates and sets appointments for prospective clients to meet with the firms’ attorneys for a more in-depth consultation. Dominique’s role also extends beyond our intake process, as she has undertaken our firms charitable and community involvements, allowing us to give back to our community in which we work, live and play.
Anne ‘Annie’ Kunst
Anne is the newest member of the O’Mara Law Group team. She relocated with her Husband from Chicago and has considered Orlando a second home town due to formative roots laid down here as a teenager and young adult. Annie wasted no time and hit the ground running, assisting where ever assistance is needed in our fast-paced firm. She has quickly become a welcomed and valuable team member. Even our top-dog, Timber, would agree!
An extensive education in art history and fine art at Valencia Community College, the University of Kansas and The Art Institute of Chicago, have all provided Anne with a unique approach to the constantly changing workday. It is this eclectic path that has groomed Annie to be a flexible, efficient and effective Administrative Assistant the O’Mara Law Group has much appreciated. Her attention to detail pairs well with the broad spectrum of Firm responsibilities; travel arrangements, client or case assistance and team support.
Anne has a passion for helping others and devotes time and dedication to The Faine House and other organizations throughout the community. She has completed two marathons and loves to travel the world.
Lily is a homegrown Floridian and nature lover who enjoys spending her weekends drinking margaritas on the beach or hunting for sharks teeth at the springs. She studied fine arts at Valencia College and usually has a couple of creative projects in the works. Lily is especially passionate about world travel and is always planning for her next trip.
When she isn’t at the office or out exploring, you can find Lily at home with her beloved cat watching movies or working on the crossword of the day. This is Lily’s first time working at a law firm and she is excited for the new experience and potential for personal and professional growth.
Jessica N. Farrell
Legal Assistant and Scheduler
Jessica joined the O’Mara Law Group team in April of 2014. She began working in the legal field for a Personal Injury and Civil Litigation firm in the U.S. Virgin Islands before relocating to Florida in 2013. She currently handles all scheduling for the firm and assists the attorneys with preparation for hearings, trials, mediations and any other event that requires their attendance.

Debbie holds an Associates of Arts degree from Seminole State College. She began working in the Legal profession in 1981 as a Trial Clerk for 4 years at the Seminole County Courthouse in Sanford. She later became the Judicial Assistant to Judge Alan A. Dickey for 29 years until his retirement, then was the Judicial Assistant to Judge Melanie Chase until Debbie retired in 2016. Debbie came to OLG in August of 2016 where she brings over 35 years of experience. She works part-time as our file clerk and assists our attorneys in other areas as needed utilizing her experience to keep us organized, focused and at the top of our game. When necessary, she offers her maternal and grandmaternal instincts to keep us on track.
