Bianca is an accomplished litigation paralegal with a decade of experience in the legal field. With a robust background encompassing family law, criminal law, insurance defense, and first-party property, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her dedication and attention to detail have made her a valuable asset in navigating complex legal matters and providing exceptional support to her clients and legal teams. Outside the office, Bianca is passionate about the great outdoors. She finds joy in fishing, camping, and exploring nature, which helps her balance the demands of her professional life with her love for adventure and relaxation.

Jennifer is a skilled paralegal with 16 years of expertise in criminal, family, and civil law. At the O'Mara Law Group, she is key to the litigation process, providing crucial support to attorneys. Jennifer is highly experienced in case management, legal research, and document drafting, refined through her experience in both large and boutique law firms assisting from initial investigation through to appeals. Fluent in English and Spanish, she also holds a degree in legal and investigative studies. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys watching sports, reading, attending concerts, the beach, and spending quality time with her family.

Shalada is a paralegal with several years of experience in family law, supporting attorneys and clients through every stage of the litigation process. She is known for her strong organizational skills, clear communication, and ability to build genuine, trusting relationships with clients during some of their most challenging moments. Compassionate in her approach, Shalada takes pride in helping clients feel informed, prepared, and supported. Outside of the office, she enjoys retail therapy, spending quality time with her closest friends and family, and time outdoors through scenic walks and moments in nature.

Annie is our dedicated Executive Assistant and Business Liaison with nine years of experience here at O'Mara Law Group. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to excellence, Annie has played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s activities and community outreach. She oversees our social events and is a visual wizard when it comes to making our office an inviting place. She has the unique position of handling our canine mascots and ensuring their routine doesn’t miss a beat when Mark is out of the office.

Outside of her professional life, Annie is passionate about travel, art, and loves to be immersed in retail therapy. She finds joy in exploring new destinations, appreciating artistic environments and creative outlets, and spending time with her family and friends. She has recently made the commitment to the Council101, which directly supports the Orlando Museum of Art. Her diverse interests reflect her vibrant personality and commitment to a well-rounded, fulfilling and exciting life.

Ely has lived in Orlando for 46 years.  Ely has an been a critical part of the legal community for over 20 years. Ely has always had a passion for law and the justice system so after she successfully raised her children, she realized she wanted to continue helping people and families in Central Florida. After some time home with her children, Elly came back to O’Mara Law Group in 2020.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog and LOVES the beach!

Greg Barreras brings a diverse background in management, compliance, risk, and human resources to his role as Firm Administrator at O’Mara Law Group. Born in New York City and raised in Puerto Rico, Greg’s career began in retail management, where he honed his skills in human resources. His passion for HR and operational excellence led him to the financial sector, where he gained extensive experience navigating the complexities of risk and compliance.

Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and later earned a Master of Jurisprudence in Business Law from Loyola University School of Law, with a certificate in Compliance Studies. Currently, he is pursuing a second Master’s degree in Human Resources and aims to obtain HR certification within the next two years.

Greg is proud to be part of the O’Mara Law Group and considers himself fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated and talented team. He is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s mission and is committed to fostering a strong, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Gulsen, also known as Gigi, brings a strong foundation in client service and legal support to her role as Legal Assistant at O’Mara Law Group. She began her legal career at a civil litigation firm, gaining valuable experience assisting clients, managing case information, and supporting the early stages of legal matters. Since joining O’Mara Law Group, Gigi has continued to grow within the firm, developing her skills in legal support, organization, and client communication.

As a Legal Assistant, Gigi supports attorneys and clients throughout the legal process with a detail-oriented and compassionate approach. She takes pride in being a dependable resource to the legal team and helping ensure each client receives attentive and professional service. Gigi is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, further strengthening her skills in communication, organization, and professional operations.

Since joining O’Mara Law Group, Dayana has continued to grow within the firm and take on an increasingly important role in the client intake process. As an Intake Specialist, she serves as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, helping understand their legal needs and guiding them through the initial steps of working with the firm.

She brings a strong foundation in hospitality from her experience with Hilton Grand Vacations and JW Marriott, where she developed a high standard of professionalism, organization, and client care. She is committed to making each interaction professional, informative, and welcoming while helping ensure clients feel heard and supported from the beginning of their experience with the firm.

Dayana studied Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida and plans to pursue a legal degree. She is passionate about continuing to grow professionally and making a meaningful impact through her work. Outside of the office, she is an avid traveler and culinary enthusiast who enjoys cultivating her growing collection of plants.

Amanda is a Legal assistant at O’Mara Law Group. Before joining the O’Mara Law Group, Amanda worked as an Intake Specialist, serving as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring accurate case evaluation and seamless case flow. Her earlier experiences strengthened her commitment to advocacy, especially for youth and families navigating the court system. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Alabama State University. She is passionate about family law and plans to attend law school, aspiring to become a family law attorney dedicated to supporting families through some of their most challenging moments.

Briana Julissa Santiago is the Receptionist at O’Mara Law Group, where she serves as one of the first points of contact for clients and visitors. With four years of experience at Walt Disney World, Briana developed strong communication, hospitality, and organizational skills while working as a Sales and Solutions Specialist in a high-volume environment. Her experience handling a large volume of calls and assisting guests with a wide range of needs strengthened her ability to remain efficient, attentive, and professional in every interaction.

Briana is currently pursuing her associate degree in paralegal studies at Valencia College, where she is building her knowledge of the legal field and preparing for a career in the legal profession. She brings her background in hospitality and customer service together with her growing legal education to provide a welcoming and organized experience for every client she assists. 

Raissa Saint-Fort is a Legal Assistant at O’Mara Law Group, where she supports the firm’s Family Law practices. She developed an interest in the legal profession through her academic studies and previous experience working in the legal field, including with the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.

Raissa graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with degrees in Political Science and Sociology. During her time at UCF, she excelled academically and developed a strong background in sociological research and data analysis. Her experience conducting data-driven research taught her to evaluate complex information, identify meaningful patterns, and approach questions with careful attention to evidence; skills she hopes to carry into her work in the legal field.

Raissa is passionate about continuing to learn and grow within the legal profession. She hopes to build upon her practical experience as she prepares to pursue a law degree and develop a career in the legal field as an attorney.
